Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can connect your accounts and use the whole thing before you're charged a penny. That trial is your risk-free window to decide — cancel before it ends and you pay nothing at all.
After the trial you're never tied in. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like and you'll keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't run notice periods, and we don't charge you to leave. Renewal payments themselves aren't refundable — but nothing stops you cancelling before the next one.
If something doesn't look right on your bill — a charge you didn't expect, or a payment taken after you cancelled — email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll put it right. Any refund goes back to your original payment method via Stripe.
